I was born to cook.

Cooking is my passion.

As long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with food. As a young girl, I used to make scrambled eggs with processed cheddar cheese. Now I have graduated to preparing omelettes with fancy cheeses, caramelized onions and truffle oil. Creativity I learned throughout decades of being huddled over my kitchen stove. And I should credit going to culinary school in my early 20’s after wasting 4 years in college taking up classes I would never use in my life. I should have just gone straight to culinary school!

I am a mother of a 10 year old boy who makes a perfect medium rare rib eye steak. Quite impressive huh? Cooking skills definitely run in my genes. My grandmother, bless her sweet soul, used to make the best lamb curry. My mother makes the best lentejas. And my son makes the best soft boiled egg topped with the finest olive oil, a little pepper and a dash of Knorr seasoning. I am very much blessed to have talent to make people's tummies happy. :-)
